Return Policies
We at Hamiast are committed to give our customer the best shopping experience. We believe in keeping our dear customers happy and satisfied by ensuring that we serve you genuine and quality products from Jammu and Kashmir. We have a friendly return policy to ensure that you have the hassle and stress-free online purchase. After the product is returned, the Hamiast credits will reflect into your account which you can use for your next purchase. 

For Return,

  • You must inform about your return within 5 days from the delivery date. Drop us a mail at care@hamiast.com
  • The return is to be done by the customer, currently, we don’t have reverse pickup service
  • After the product reaches we will add 100 Hamiast Points in your wallet that can be redeemed for your future purchase.
  • The product reached to us will be inspected by the team, it should be in its original condition and without any damage or tempering.
  • The product should be well packed to avoid any transit damage.
  • The Shipping address of Hamiast should be mentioned clearly on the package and it should be incomplete details. 
  • Please note that Gourmet (Dry Fruits, Spices, saffron etc) food products are non-refundable items.

We do on accept return if:

  • The product is tampered or damaged, we only ask that the product is in its original condition with tags and packaging. You are welcome to try the on the product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
  • Customized or made to order and food products are not eligible for the refund.
  • The product should not be worn, washed or changed in any other way.
  • We are selling the unique arts and craft, these products have may slight variation in the design, color or the pattern, if same is your reason of the refund, we may not be able to refund the same.
  • The crafts that we emplace on the website are of standard quality and are not according to the personal likings in terms of design, color, and taste.
  • You are requested to contact the team Hamiast for any doubts regarding the final purchase, we would appreciate to contact us on care@hamiast.com.  

Cancellation 
The orders will be canceled only and only if the order is not shipped, if the order is shipped we can no way cancel the order.
If the order placed is prepaid and has not been shipped yet, please contact team Hamiast well in time at care@hamiast.com, so that we can refund your full amount.
Customized order is not eligible for the refund.
Once the order is shipped, you will not be entitled for refund

Product Disclaimer
Most of the products on Hamiast.com are handmade; hand woven and intricately crafted, due to this there may be slight variations in color and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and displaying capabilities of computer monitors, laptops or the mobile devices that you may be using.
 If an order is subjected to any damage, manufacturing defect or fault from our side, send in a mail at care@hamiast.com and once we verify the same, we will refund your order in full amount.
