To ensure a hassle-free and stress-free online shopping experience, we have designed a customer-friendly return policy.

Here's how our return process works:

1. Inform us about your return within 5 days from the delivery date by sending an email to care@hamiast.com.
2. Customers are responsible for initiating the return as we do not currently offer a reverse pickup service.
3. Our team will inspect the returned product, and it should be in its original, undamaged condition without any tampering.
4. Ensure that the product is well-packed to prevent any transit damage, and clearly mention Hamiast's shipping address on the package with complete details.
5. Please note that Gourmet food products such as Dry Fruits, Spices, and saffron are non-refundable items.

• The product is tampered with or damaged. We require the product to be in its original condition with tags and packaging. While you are welcome to try on the product, please take appropriate measures to preserve its condition.
• Customized or made-to-order products and food items are not eligible for a refund.
• The product has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
• Our unique arts and crafts may have slight variations in design, color, or pattern, and we may not be able to refund for this reason.
• Our crafts are of standard quality and may not align with personal preferences regarding design, color, and taste.

Orders can only be canceled if they have not been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If your prepaid order has not yet been shipped, please contact the Hamiast team in a timely manner at care@hamiast.com, and we will process a full refund. Please note that customized orders are not eligible for a refund once shipped.

Many of the products on Hamiast.com are handmade, handwoven, and intricately crafted. Due to this, there may be slight variations in color and embellishment compared to what is displayed on the website. These variations can be attributed to factors such as fabric dyes, weather conditions during dyeing, and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings, and the display capabilities of computer monitors, laptops, or mobile devices.

If your order is subjected to damage, manufacturing defects, or faults on our part, please contact us at care@hamiast.com. Once we verify the issue, we will issue a full refund for your order.
